寫勞工工安全衛生教育訓練

依據ISO 9001：2008的標準要求如後： 6.2.1人力資源 6、2．1 概述 基於其適當的教育、訓練、技藝及經驗，執行影響產品品質工作的人員應勝任其工作。 、 6.2.2 Competence, awareness and training The organization shall a) determine the necessary competence for personnel performing work affection product quality, b) provide training or take other actions to satisfy these needs, c) evaluate the effectiveness of the actions taken, d) ensure that its personnel are aware of the relevance and importance of their activities and how they contribute to the achievement of the quality objectives, and e) maintain appropriate records of education, training, skills and experience (see 4.2.4) 6、2、2 勝任、認知及訓練 組織應， a) 決定執行影響產品品質工作的人員所需的勝任能力， b) 提供訓練或採取其他措施以滿足這些需求， c) 評估所採取措施的有效性， d) 確保員工認知他們的作業與如何貢獻自己以達成品質目標的關連性與重要性， e) 維持教育、訓練、技藝與經驗的適當紀錄(參閱4．2．4) 。 6.3 Infrastructure The organization shall determine, provide and maintain the infrastructure needed to achieve conformity to product requirements. Infrastructure includes, as applicable a) buildings, workspace and associated utilities, b) process equipment (both hardware and software), and c) supporting services (such as transport or communication). 所以，你只須看公司的需求，就生產、技術、管理、品質管理、工安衛、5S環境管理.....每個月設定實施一個項目，由公司內部的主管輪流當講師，將某項專題在工作上必須學習者定其召集施予教育訓練，並留下證據(所謂證據也就是參加者有簽到、測驗、心得報告、教材講義、員工教育訓練履歷表、後續成果追蹤改善記錄......)，公司的管理代表(通常為廠長、經理、協理、副總經理.....)必須主其事，審查追加實際效果 勞動檢查所來檢查，要看到的就是其中有關公司內部勞工安全教育訓練留下的記錄(也就是參加者有簽到、測驗、心得報告、教材講義員工教育訓練履歷表，後續成果追蹤改善記錄......)，有這些就保證你過關啦
